This form provides the information to Pygraphics for your registration and for your 3D account setup.

If this form is not recieved your account may not be set up properly and may result in the deactivation of your software. Please give us up to 3 business days for your account to be activated. In most cases your account will be set up within the same business day in which you activate and register your software.
